How these apps are built
Research first. Every app starts with a validated gap and a written spec — the platform's real constraints tested on real stores before a line of product code exists.
Verified, not hoped. Where an official standard exists, the output is tested against it in CI: e-invoices against the KoSIT validator and veraPDF, structured data against schema rules, business identities against official registers. What doesn't pass isn't shipped.
Refuse before wrong. The apps would rather stop and explain what's missing than produce a best-guess document, a false "verified," or a promise they can't keep. That's slower to build and easier to trust.
Who's behind it
Gigliotti Software is run by Santo Gigliotti, a developer with a background in B2B payments and leasing, building for merchants in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and beyond.
